Refund & Return Policy

At Keshifyr, all products are custom-made on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.


Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

Please make sure to double-check your order details before placing it.


Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to investigate and provide a replacement if applicable.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days
